Ingredients
suji 1 cup
milk 2 cups
mix well, cover and rest for 30 minutes
ghee 1 tbsp
chopped nuts 2 tbsp
roast nuts and remove
in the same pan add
ghee 1 cup
sugar 1 cup
cook stirring till sugar caramelizes,
add the sugar, milk mixture, keep stirring till it gets thick and leaves the sides of the pan
add the nuts mix well along with cardamom pdr.
Serve hot/ warm
