Ingredients and Preparations
eggs 2/ substitute
milk 1 cup
vanilla essence 1 tsp
whisk all well
flour 1 cup
baking pdr 1 tbsp
mix all well
grated carrot 1 big, add the mixture
grease a big pan well with butter, pour the batter, level it well
let to cook covered on medium-low flame for 10 minutes
take a plate, cover the pan, to flip the bread
then gently slip the bread to the pan from the plate and let it cook covered for 4-5 minutes
cut into pieces serve hot drizzled with some honey and hot tea/ coffee.
