Ingredients
whole wheat flour adding salt and water knead to a soft dough
roughly grind for filling
corn 1 cup
green chilies to taste
coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
add the ground mixture in a bowl, add little salt, chili flakes if desired, grated processed cheese, grated mozzarella cheese mix well.
ghee for cooking paratha
roll out the dough, put enough filling ,being together from all sides, roll it round or into desired shape
heat a tawa, put the rolled out paratha, cooked it medium heat till light brown on both sides adding ghee.
all that you need to eat this paratha maybe some chutney, salad, curd, pickle to complete the meal.
