Ingredients and prep
mapillai samba rice 1 cup
whole black / white urad dal 1/4 cup
methi seeds 1 tsp
wash all well and soak for 10 hours
grind to a fine paste adding salt mix well
let it ferment for 5 hours
make dosas as usual, crisp dosas, serve hot with chutney
