Suji balls

 Ingredients and preparations

 suji 1 cup fry suji in 1 tsp ghee for 1 minute

water 1 1/2 cups , add salt, cook till water dries

put the dough in a plate, when cool, knead to a smooth dough

make small balls, grease a steamer plate, steam the balls for 5-6 minutes.

in a pan/ kadai heat 1 tbsp oil, add

mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

sesame seeds 1 tsp

curry leaves finely chopped 2 tsp

chili pdr 1/2 tsp 

hing little 

once it is all fried, add the steamed balls, little turmeric pdr, some grated carrot, mix well for 3-4 minutes

serve it with coconut chutney and some tomato chutney for a healthy breakfast.
