Ingredients and method
eggs as desired, beat the eggs with salt, pepper pdr. / green chilies, spring onion finely chopped in a wide bowl.
Dough as you make for roti/ parota/ paranta
Roll out the dough, fold into square/ triangle, roll out to desired shape that can be immersed in the bowl with eggs
Heat the tawa, lightly grease with oil/ ghee, put the dipped paranta, spread some more egg mixture on top.
Once the bottom is cooked, turn over, adding some oil/ ghee.
Serve hot with some pickle/ chutney.
