Moong sprouts Appe and Handvo

 Ingredients

moong sprouts 2 cups

ginger 1 "

green chilies 2-3 as per taste

salt 1/2 tsp

jeera 1/2 tsp

suji 1/4 cup

water 1/4 cup

grind to a coarse thick paste 

onion 1 small finely chopped

carrot 1 finely chopped 

capsicum 1 finely chopped 

paneer grated 4 tbsp

sesame seeds 1 tbsp

chili pdr 1 tsp

coriander pdr 1 tsp

chaat masala 1 tsp

besan 3-4 tbsp

mix all well

healthy mayonnaise

cashews soaked 1/4 cup with 3 dry red chilies for 30 minutes

drain water and add it in a mixer jar with 

Kashmir chili pdr 1 tsp

salt to taste

ginger 1"

garlic 6 cloved 

apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp

paneer 3 cubes

water 2-3 tbsp

blend well store in a bottle, will last 15 days in the fridge

To the batter add

baking soda 1/4 tsp

lime juice 1/2 lime

mix well

in a kadai, add little oil, little sesame seeds, sesame seeds, add 1 ladle batter, cover and cook, protein snack ready. Once the bottom gets cooked 3-4 minutes in medium heat, flip and cook the other side also covered.

With the same batter you can appe/ paniyaram also.

Healthy protein rich breakfast, with protein rich Mayo to eat.
