Ingredients
all purpose flour 1/2 cup
ghee 1/2 cup
milk 1/2 cup
sugar 1 cup
milk 1 tbsp
saffron a pinch
cardamom pdr 1/4 tsp
cardamom seeds 12 tsp
almond slivers 2 tbsp
pistachio slivers 2 tbsp
Preparations
Add all purpose flour, ghee, milk and sugar to a pan and mix everything well. Now start cooking everything on low heat stirring continuously.
Add saffron to warm milk and mix it. Now add this milk to the halwa mix along with two drops of yellow colour. Adding yellow colour is completely optional. Keep stirring everything until the mixture becomes thick. Add 1 tsp ghee to get the shine in the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and everything comes together in the middle of the pan.
Add the prepared mixture on a greased baking paper. Now roll it with a greased rolling pin to make a thin layer. Now sprinkle cardamom powder, cardamom seeds, almonds livers and pistachios slivers evenly on top and cover it with the greased baking paper. Roll it again as thin as possible.

Now leave it to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Cut it into large square pieces along with the baking paper. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Ice halwa is ready to be served.
