Ingredients and prep
green gram 1 cup
wash and soak for 8-10 hours
drain and grind with
green chilies 2-3 as per taste
ginger 1 tsp
jeera 1/2 tsp
curry leaves 1 sprig
hing little
salt to taste
water as needed to grind for dosa batter
Make dosa in the usual way, serve hot with milagai podi
