Something unthought of, right? No need to make dough, those who have gluten allergies will be happy to try this out. You also don't need an oven to bake it, it can be done on the gas easily.
Ingredients
Raw banana peel 2-3 and grate
salt to taste
tomato/ pizza sauce
egg 1 beaten / little curd
cornflour/ any gluten free flour 1-2 tbsp to bind
topping of your choice- onion, capsicum, mushroom, sweetcorn, olives
mozzarella cheese grated as required
Preparations
After grating the raw banana, put it in a big bowl, add the egg/ substitute, seasonings, and flour to combine.
Heat and grease a big pan, spread the mixture on the greased pan, cover and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes till brown, then flip over carefully, or tilt on to a plate and slide for the other side to cook, spreading pizza sauce, desired chopped / slices vegetables, olives, then spread mozzarella cheese, cover and cook on medium flame till cheese melts, cut and serve hot your cheesy, non-gluten pizza without oven !
NOTE- You may divide the mixture into 2 parts/ pizzas, as one becomes too thick if your bananas are big.
