Curry leaves Powder

 Ingredients

oil 1 tbsp

chana dal 1/2 cup roast little add

urad dal 1/2 cup once it also gets roasted add

peanuts 1/2 cup

black sesame seeds 1/2 cup

jeera 1 tsp

dry red chilies 10 or to taste

tamarind small lemon size

remove once all are well fried

in the same kadai

add oil 1 tsp

garlic cloves as desired fry till brown, remove

 now add  curry leaves, salt and turmeric pdr/ when added while frying curry leaves , helps to retain its green colour.

curry leaves, washed and dried 2 big handfuls  fry in the same kadai till crisp, remove

once all the ing. have cooled

first grind the dals and chilies to a coarse powder

next pdr curry leaves coarse, add garlic and

add the first ground ing, grind to a coarse  pdr.

store in a clean dry jar. If fried with oil, it will last only for a month, if dry roasted, it will last longer.
