Sprouted Moong Dal and Quinoa Dosa

   

 Ingredients

Grind together the moong dal, quinoa and oats along with green chilies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, few coriander leaves and salt into a paste.
Heat a non-stick pan/ iron tawa and make dosa.
Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar or coriander chutney.
