Ingredients
boiled chickpeas 1 cup
boiled beetroot 1/2 cup chopped
tahini 2 tbsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
garlic 1 clove
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Method
Add chickpeas, beetroot, tahini, garlic, lime juice and salt in a blender .
Blend to a smooth paste adding olive oil for a creamy texture.
adjust seasoning and consistency with a tbsp of water if needed
transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and serve with Pita or crackers.
