
Chocolate mousse is one of my favorite
desserts, but this popular dessert is usually regarded as a sugar-packed
guilty pleasure. This recipe is the way to kiss that guilt goodbye!
This version is delicious, highly nutritious, and 100% sugar-free,
making it a great fit for a diabetic diet.

Ingredients :
Avocado - 1 ripe (peeled and sliced)
Almond milk - 1/3 cup
Banana - 1 ripe (peeled)
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
Vanilla Extract - 1 tbsp.
Sunflower seeds - a handful
Berries - a handful
Chocolate chips - 1 tbsp.
Preparations
Process the avocado in the blender, then add the almond milk.
Add the banana, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Scoop into a mousse cup and top with sunflower seeds, berries, and chocolate chips.
