The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook. Paneer Kurma

2 tbsp cashew nut paste
Preparations
Knead paneer properly and mix it with maida, garam masala, cumin powder, salt and little water.
Divide in equal portion and make small balls from it.
Deep fry the balls on low flame, in a kadai.
Once done, keep it aside.
In a pan, add ghee, a little oil and bay leaves in.
Now add ginger paste, ground cashew nut paste, curd and coconut milk. Fry it well.
Add garam masala, red chili powder, salt and sugar. Mix it properly.
Put little water in it and cook it for a while.
Now, add the fried paneer balls to it.
Mix it well and after 2 to 3 minutes, the paneer kurma will be ready to serve.
