This one is as quick as saying canned goods! Serve it garnished with
some scallions alongside an array of canned vegetable salads, such as
this one made easily from canned sliced carrots. To complete the meal,

Canned green beans - 1 can
Butter - 2 tbsp. (or more)
Shallots - 1 (chopped)
Salt and Pepper - as needed
Garlic - 1 clove (crushed)

Preparations
Wash the can and open it. Drain the beans
into a colander and wash them under running water to remove canning
liquids and excess salt.
Optional- broil the beans or roast them until they've dried a little and
turned crispy but not charred.
Heat a pan. Once warm, brown the butter. Remove from heat, combine all
ingredients together and serve.
