Boil the milk well, stirring in between, until it reduces to half of its quantity.
Add cardamom powder and palm jaggery to
the milk. Boil it for a few more minutes. Rabdi is ready.
Make a thick batter of maida, rava, gram flour, baking powder, salt and orange food colour.
Heat oil and deep fry the jalebis on medium heat.
Make a sugar syrup with sugar and a
little water, dip the jalebis in it for 2 to 3 minutes and then take
out.
Cool it to room temperature and serve it with chilled rabdi.
