Ingredients :
Half and Half - 2/3 cup
Milk chocolate - 12 oz (coarsely chopped)
Orange liqueur - 2 tbsp. (optional)
Strawberries - 4 cups

Combine the Half-and-Half and chocolate over low heat in a 2-quart heavy saucepan.
Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat. Stir in the liqueur.
Transfer the mixture into the fondue pot.
Serve with dippers and let the devouring begin!
Tip:
You can also use pound cake cubes, strawberries, pineapple chunks, apple slices, and marshmallows as dippers.
