Ingredients and Preparations
6-8 bread slices cut the corners, cut into 4 squares each slice
fry in hot oil to which little ghee is added
fry till crisp , drain well, keep aside on kitchen paper napkin
in a pan add sugar 3/4 cup add water 1/2 cup
boil for 3-4 minutes, soak the slices in sugar syrup for 1 minute, drain well and keep aside
in a pan, add 1 cup milk, heat it along with 2-3 tbsp of milk pdr
once it thickens, add the sugar syrup, cook till thick, if desired you can add some cardamom pdr
now spread this thick rabdi on a piece of toasted and soaked bread, cover with another piece.
