Ingredients
sabudana 1 cup
water 1 cup
boiled potatoes 2 medium size
roasted crushed peanuts 1/4 cup
green chilies chopped to taste
cumin pdr 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
red chili pdr to taste
salt to taste
oil for frying
Preparations
soak sabudana in water, mix well, cover and keep aside for 3-4 hours
you'll notice that the water is completely absorbed
now add all the ingredients except oil, mix well.
make long rolls about 3", if need be oil your palms to make rolls
deep fry in hot oil till crisp, drain well and put in kitchen paper towel to soak excess oil
serve hot with plain curd or spiced curd
