Ingredients:
Whole milk - 2 cups
Heavy cream - 1 cup
White chocolate chips - 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp.
Pumpkin spice - 1/2 tsp. (plus more for topping)
Whipped cream - for topping
Preparations
Pour cream in a pan and warm on medium heat, until hot but not boiling.
Stir occasionally.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the heated cream, milk, and white chocolate chips.
Stir until the chips are melted.
Add vanilla extract and pumpkin spice.
Top with optional whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
