Healthy Veg sandwich

 Ingredients

potato 1 peeled and grated

zucchini 1 grated

carrot 1 big grated

mozzarella cheese  2 tbsp grated

salt and pepper pdr to taste

garam masala 1/2 tsp

red chili pdr 1/2 ts[

oil to cook

kasturi methi crushed 1/2 tsp

cream cheese 1 tbsp

cucumber and tomato slices

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

in a bowl add potato, zucchini, carrot, mix well, adding salt, chili pdr, garam masala, kasturi methi  crushed, mix well, add grated cheese, mix well

heat a tawa, spread little oil, spread the prepared batter evenly on top, cook on low heat, covered, after 2 -3 minutes, flip it and cook on the other side.

once done, spread some cream cheese, herbs, cucumber, tomato slices, salt and pepper fold it, your healthy veg sandwich is ready !
