Ingredients
Carrots - 3/4 cup (peeled and roughly chopped)
Oranges - 6 (peeled)
Lemon - 1/2 (juiced)
Brown sugar - 3 tbsp.
Honey - 2 tbsp.
Preparations
In a blender, process the carrots, oranges, lemon juice, sugar, and honey.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until slushy.
Insert sticks and freeze until solid – usually another 4 hours at least.
Tip:
You will need a popsicle mold and wooden ice cream sticks enough to make roughly 8 popsicles.
