Raspberry Smoothie

 Raspberry Smoothie 

 Ingredients

Raspberries - 2 cups (frozen) 
 
Bananas - 1 (frozen or room temp) 
 
Spinach - 1 cup (frozen) 
 
Almond milk - 1 cup 
 
Ice - 1 cup 
 
Agave nectar - 2 tbsp. (honey or maple syrup also works)


Preparations

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 1 minute. 
 
Once you get a smooth consistency, divide between glasses. Enjoy cold. 

Tip: Freeze this in popsicle molds and let the kids enjoy a healthy summer snack!
