It is quick healthy, follow the same way you do for making Avil upma / Poha. Except, you just need to rinse oats under water, till soft. Then after seasoning, frying vegetables, peanuts that you've added along with green chilies, ginger, turmeric pdr, once the veges are cooked, add the softened oats, mix well, keep covered for a minute. Remove from fire, add lime juice, mix well, along with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
