Preparations
Prepare the instant noodles in a wok,
with the given masala. Take out the noodles and keep it aside till it
cools down.
Cut 2 medium onions in small pieces and put them in the bowl.
In a bowl, add coriander
powder, chaat masala and ginger garlic paste to it. Mix it with a spoon.
Add the cooked instant noodles and
chopped onions, add rice flour as needed to form a dough to fry.
Mix it well and add mint leaves to
it.
In a wok, add oil and wait till the oil
is heated. Take small amounts of the mixture, shape it into balls and
fry them till it turns golden brown in colour.
Take them out on a plate and serve it hot with cheese dip or tomato ketchup.
