Chocolate Banana Sushi (Vegan and Nut-Free)

 Banana coins topped with pumpkin seed butter, seednola, and sunflower seeds. Healthy, nut-free snack that's great for kid lunches.

Ingredients

2 whole bananas

2 tbsp sunflower seed butter

2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter

nuts and seeds for topping

 

Method

Peel each banana, but leave whole. Place on a cutting board or clean plate. 

Carefully spread 2 tablespoons of Seed Butter (more or less depending on the size of your banana) on the top side of each fruit. 

Sprinkle roasted seeds generously on top of each banana, pressing into the seed butter gently. 

With a sharp knife, slice each banana into 1/2 inch rounds. Use chopsticks or your hands to enjoy.
