Pumpkin Protein Oats

Ingredients:

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup canned pumpkin or cooked pumpkin
 pumpkin pie spice  1/4- 1/2 tsp
¼ cup milk or water

METHOD
Combine ingredients with milk or water and microwave for approximately 90 seconds in a large bowl, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent overflow . 
ps- use a big bowl or it may overflow and you'll have more work cleaning than eating !
