JEWISH BURFI

INGREDIENTS

thick coconut milk   1 cup
milk   1 cup
sugar   2 cups

METHOD

in a big microwave safe dish, mix all the ingredients well
micro high for 10  minutes, stirring well after every 2-3 minutes
if it is still watery, micro high for another 5-7 minutes, stirring in between every 2 minutes
it will depend on how thick coconut milk was, your microwave power etc to get cooked or if one prefers, can cook over the gas, stirring continuously.
once done, spread on a greased plate, cool & cut into desired shapes.
