Capsicum pickle

INGREDIENTS

capsicum  1 kg
coriander seeds  100 gm
yellow mustard seeds  100 gm
anise/ fennel seeds   25 gm
fenugreek seeds   25 gm
lime juice strained  1 cup
salt to taste

METHOD

slit the capsicum into 4 half way through.
powder coarsely anise, fenugreek seeds
mix together lime juice, spices, salt & fill into each capsicum.
put in an airtight jar & set aside for 1 week.
mix well with dry spoon & use.
