PANEER OR COTTAGE CHEESE CHEELA OR PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS

bajra atta/ wheat flour   1 cup
grated paneer/ cottage cheese   1 cup
onion finely chopped   2
coriander leaves finely chopped a bunch
pepper pdr.   1/2 tsp or to taste
chaat masala pdr.   1 tsp
salt to taste
oil for cooking
green chillies finely chopped  2 or to taste

METHOD

mix chopped onion, green chillies, pepper, chaat masala, salt in flour
add approximately  1 cup of water to make a smooth batter
in a nin-stick frying pan, put 1 teaspoon of oil, spread a ladle of batter, add some grated paneer on it, cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes'
remove lid, saute it, sprinkle some more oil on the sides, cook for some more time
remove once crisp, serve hot with chutney or pickle and raita or spiced curd.
