KOHLRABI/ KNOL KHOL AND CARROT SLAW

INGREDIENTS

kohlrabi   1 bulb
carrots   2
vegetable oil   1 tbsp
whole grain/ Dijon style mustard  1 tbsp
sea salt   1/2 tsp
freshly ground black pepper to taste
cider vinegar   1 tbsp

METHOD

in a salad bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, black pepper & salt until well blended.
peel and grate kohlrabi and carrots into the salad bow,
add salad dressing, toss the salad well.
