INGREDIENTS
banana ripe mashed 1/2- 3/4 cup ( to be frank, I never measure anything when I cook)
dates de-seeded 8 finely chopped ( or you may use raisins/ figs)
walnuts chopped 1 -2 tbsp ( or any other nut of your choice)
sugar substitute 2 tbsp
sugar 3 -4 tsp if needed ( optional)
baking pdr. 1 tsp
eggs 2
milk little
buttermilk little( approximately 2-3 tbsp of each)
salt 1/4 tsp
vanilla/ mango milk essence 1/2 tsp
oats 1/4 cup
ragi & Health mix pdr. mixed 1/4 cup
maida/ all purpose flour 1/4 cup
peanut butter 2 tbsp
butter/ ghee 1 tbsp +
METHOD
in a bowl, mix all the flours, oats, baking pdr., dates, walnuts well
in another big bowl, beat eggs, add sugar substitute, beat well, add the dry ingredients, mix well, add milk, buttermilk, mix well, add mashed banana, peanut butter, mix well, add butter melted or ghee, mix well.
the batter will be thicker than the cake batter, if you find batter too thick, add little more milk
grease a baking dish well
preheat oven 180 deg. C
pour the batter on the baking dish, bake for roughly 30 minutes or till done.
