roast and pdr coarse
potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
hing
garam masala 1/2 tsp
ginger 1 tsp
garlic 1 tsp
green chilies
red chili pdr to taste
dhania pdr 1 tsp
amchur pdr 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
jeera 1/2 tsp
kalonji 1/2 tsp
ginger, garlic green chilies fry
add potatoes turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp, hing 1/4 tsp, salt to taste, mix and fry well
add the powdered masala about 2 tsp, if more can be stored, mix well.
