Ingredients and Preparations
atta 2 cups
salt 1/2 tsp, mix well,
add water n knead to a stiff dough,
roll into a ball, take a knife cut into small pieces
boil
3 glasses water, add little salt, once it boils, add the cut pieces
boil for 3-4 minutes drain and rinse well in water for the stickiness to
go, drain well and keep in a bowl
heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1 " ginger finely chopped, 4 garlic finely chopped
add
1 onion cut long, then add tomato 1 cut into pieces, add carrot &
capsicum cut long, cook for 2 minutes, it should not be over-cooked, add
1/2 tsp Kashmir chili pdr, garam masala 1 tsp, salt mix well, add 1
tbsp tomato ketchup, add 3-4 tbsp water, once it boils, add the cooked
pasta, spring onion, stir well.
If desired, add some grated cheese on top, as it will melt in the heat and serve hot.
