Ingredients:
1 cup boiled or canned chickpeas
½ cup thick yoghurt
1-2 tbsp tamarind chutney
½ tsp chaat masala
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp sev
Preparations:
Toss chickpeas with salt and chaat masala. Top with chilled yogurt and a drizzle of tamarind chutney. Finish with sev for crunch. It’s tangy, cooling and surprisingly filling for something this quick.
