Home-made Healthy Mawa/ Khoya n a Jiffy

Store bought mawa / khoya are almost everywhere adulterated. It is easy and healthy to make it at home as and when your recipe requires khoya in it.

Ingredients

milk pdr 1/2 cup

milk 1/2 cup

ghee 1 tsp 

Preparations

in a pan, add milk pdr, add milk little at a time and keep stirring well, once all milk is used, on the gas, keep stirring and cooking till thick, as it is getting thick, add a small tsp of ghee to give it richer taste.Within 5 minutes, your healthy mawa is ready.
