Mango Mint Raita

 

Ingredients:

1 ripe Alphonso or any mango

1½ cups chilled yogurt/ curd

½ cup fresh mint leaves

1 green chili

Salt to taste

Black salt to taste

Crushed red chili flakes

Method:

  1. Break the green chili and put it into a chopper jar. Add mint leaves. Cut half a mango roughly and add a little water, and chop into a coarse chutney.
  2. Cut the remaining mango into small cubes.
  3. Take yoghurt in a bowl, add mint, mango mixture, salt and black salt and mix well.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl, add chopped mango cubes, sprinkle crushed red chilies and serve chilled.                                               https://gscrochetdesigns.blogspot.com. one can see my crochet creations
