
Ingredients:
1 ripe Alphonso or any mango
1½ cups chilled yogurt/ curd
½ cup fresh mint leaves
1 green chili
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
Crushed red chili flakes
Method:
- Break the green chili and put it into a chopper jar. Add mint leaves. Cut half a mango roughly and add a little water, and chop into a coarse chutney.
- Cut the remaining mango into small cubes.
- Take yoghurt in a bowl, add mint, mango mixture, salt and black salt and mix well.
