Rice-millet- nuts kheer

 Ingredient

First wash and drain rice and foxtail millet.

Now place a thick bottom pan on gas, add ghee and rice, millet and fry till light brown.
Now add milk, malai and saffron and mix well.
Let it boil till rice and millet gets soft and milk gets thick, while doing this keep on stirring in between
Now add sugar and mix well.
Next add cardamom powder and dry fruits mix well.
If it gets too thick then adjust consistency by adding milk.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds and serve hot or cold.
Rice and millet taste good and it makes them more healthy.
