Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise¼ cup white miso
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped (miso paste blended with toasted nori powder substitute)
1 tsp white wine vinegar
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup croutons
Directions

Whisk together mayonnaise, white miso, olive oil, garlic, anchovy ( Sub), white wine vinegar, pepper, Worcestershire, and 3 tablespoons water in a large bowl. Add chopped romaine, Parmesan cheese, and croutons, and toss together. Serve immediately.
