Ingredients
2 tbsp almond butter2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
3 tbsp pomegranate arils
2 tsp toasted, lightly salted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional) or honey
The recipes posted here are very simple, with no hard & fast rule, as I love to cook a variety but with ease. My dishes are such that it is nutritious & easy to cook.
