Left-over roti noodles

 This may contain: someone is cutting up some tortillas on a plate  

At times, you may have quite a few left-over rotis. At present state of economy, with millions starving in the world, it is not wise to waste food in any form. Best idea is to turn left-over rotis into noodles !  You can be innovative, make a nice dessert too, in the next recipe.

Ingredients

left over rotis see from the photo above how to roll roti and cut into thin strips

onion 1-2 finely chopped depending on the amount of rotis leftover

green chilies chopped to taste

ginger 1 tsp finely chopped

garlic 1 tsp finely chopped ( optional)

tomatoes 1-2 finely chopped

capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp

corn boiled 2 tbsp

salt to taste

chaat/ garam masala 1/2 tsp

coriander leaves 1 tsp finely chopped

some grated cheese ( optional)

 oil 1 1/2 tbsp

Preparations 

heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic fry well for a minute

add onion, green chilies fry well till onion is light brown 

add tomatoes, add wee bit salt and fry till soft

add capsicum, corn fry for another 2-3 minutes adding salt and garam masala to taste

now add cut roti noodles, coriander leaves, mix well on low flame

keep the pan covered for 2 minutes, now add cheese, mix well, cover for another minute for the cheese to melt

serve your yummy roti noodles hot with some sauce if desired.
