For Batter
Mix pearl millet, urad dal &
fenugreek seeds wash well in a bowl & soak it with oats with enough water for 3 to 4
hours.
Then add green chili & garlic cloves in it.
Grind it & make a paste of it. Don't add water.
If needed add 2 to 3tsp water. Consistency should be just like idli
batter.
Now add salt, cover it & keep aside
for fermentation for 6 to 8 hours. Don't over ferment else it will
become sour.
For Salad
Chop cucumber, tomato, onion.Mix salt & chat masala. Your Salad is ready.
Take a small hand sandwich maker now. Make it hot on gas & brush oil on both sides of it.
Now pour some batter on one side of it,
put some salads on it , spread some cheese & again cover it with some batter.
Make the flame low & cook both sides for 10-20 minutes on low flame till brown on both sides.

Sandwich is ready. Serve it with sauce or chutney.
