Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp grated
pumpkin, 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tsp suji, green chili paste, grated
ginger, tsp salt, water and mix well to make a pouring batter.
Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil.
As the oil heats spread the prepared batter.
Cover and cook the pancake from one side and then flip and cook the other side.
Serve hot with chutney. Healthy pancake for breakfast.
Note- you can increase the quantity as per your needs.
