No, kismis (raisins) and munakka are not the same, though both are dried grapes. Munakka

Ingredients
hung curd ( no water, very thick curd) as needed
salt to taste
munaka 2 tbsp
green chilies finely chopped to taste
ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
besan 1-2 tbsp to bind
cashews finely chopped 1 tbsp
oil to fry
Method
mix all the ingredients except oil well.
heat oil, once hot, reduce to medium flame,with wet hands, drop small amount of dough in hot oil carefully.
carefully turn them, take them out, once they're brown, drain on kitchen towel, serve hot with chutney of your choice and hot tea !
