Ingredients
soya granules washed , soak in boiling water, drain after 5-7 minutes, mash lightly 1 bowl
breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
salt to taste
black pepper to taste or green chilies finely chopped to taste
Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp
buttermilk / curd 3-4 tbsp to bind OR eggs 2
pineapple chunks 1 cup
pineapple juice 1/2 cup
soya sauce 2 tbsp
For the sauce
brown sugar 1 cup
cornstarch 1 tbsp
pineapple juice 1 3/4 cup
white vinegar 1/4 cup
soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp
pineapple pieces 1 cup

Preparations
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large bowl, mix soya granules, salt, black pepper, salt, bread crumbs, cornstarch, garlic powder, eggs/ buttermilk/ curd, pineapple juice, soya sauce and make about 1-inch diameter balls by wetting your hands.
In a saucepan, add the brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and pineapple pieces. Simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
In a baking dish, pour sauce over the meatballs and add pineapple pieces. Lightly mix the meatballs and add pineapple pieces. Bake in the oven for 25- 30 minutes.
