Ingredients
carrot grated 1 cup
desiccated coconut 1 1/2 cups
condensed milk 1 cup
nuts chopped 2 tbsp
raisins 1 tbsp
ghee 2-3 tbsp
cardamom pdr 1/2 tsp
Preparations
in a heavy pan / kadai add ghee, roast nuts and raisins
add carrots, keep stirring till all the moisture goes
add desiccated coconut, reserving some to coat the laddoos
enjoy the goodness of carrots and coconut laddoos.
mix well, add condensed milk, keep cooking till it all comes together
add cardamom powder, mix well, remove
let it cool a little for you to roll into small laddoos, coat in desiccated coconut
