Healthy Barnyard cutlets

 Ingredients

Wash barnyard millet in water thoroughly.
Boil the millet in water and allow it to cool to room temperature.
Boil the beetroot and shred it.
Meanwhile, chop the radish leaves, ginger, green chilies coriander leaves.
Next, mash the millet  with vegetable masher Add shredded beetroot, radish leaves, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt and coriander powder.
Take a ball and make a desired shape for the cutlet.
Fry the cutlets in a non-stick pan, on both sides, with a little oil.
Your healthy, full of nutrients, low fat cutlets are ready to serve. Serve it with chutney of your choice.
