Ingredients

n a vessel, cook foxtail millet by toasting it for few seconds and cook it in 2 cups of water.
Boil potatoes, carrots and peas separately.
Mix boiled potatoes, carrots and peas all coarsely mashed to this millet.
Add finely chopped green chilies to taste/ chili- ginger paste
add some finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves
Add besan to the mixture and bind it well. Do not add water.
Make round cutlets and shallow fry it till golden brown.
Serve hot with mint / green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney
