Easy Badusha

 Ingredient and Preparations

suji 1/2 cup

maida 1/2 cup

curd 1/4 cup

oil 1/4 cup

mix all well

add 1/2 water or as needed,

add baking pdr 1/2 tsp mix well

the batter should be like for vadai

let the batter rest, covered for 10 minutes

heat sugar 1 cup with water 1 cup till a sticky syrup forms

fry the batter by putting in a piping bag and make small circles, fry till golden on both sides, drain well.

Or wet your hands, make like small flat discs like for vadai and carefully dip in medium hot oil and fry 

soak in syrup for 2 hours, then garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
